Is this just like that? Is it so simple..!!! I can hear d faint cries now only..
Frustration.. negativity...stress is all around us.. pulling us down n making us all , d cribber souls on the planet!!
We are just so frustrated souls that we keep on finding faults in everything we come across...be it situations..people around u..Circumstances.. we just know one thing..how to blame it on others!! From the moment you start your day to the end... it hard to be in continuous happy chirpy mood...be it the humid sticky weather or that screaming snail pace traffic jam..or work/exam pressure...list goes on.. something or the other make us sulk!!!
and like we say smile is infectious...negativity is also one of its sister-concern...v get yelled at from somebody ..yell at somebody else.. n that will further pass it on...n dark ball of negative energy passes on in this vicious circle..
so how can we just stay calm and be happy then!!!
seems like a simple basic thing .. bt very difficult in this world!!
so..lets see what can be the possible magic tricks to be just happy chirpy self dt we used to be when we were kids free of tension, stress.. n all that!!!
First , we can do is stop caring about everything and everybody..why give the right to everybody to spoil your mood..when actually they mean nothing to you..this doesnt mean that you dont care about anybody and keep shouting on him/her whole day..what I am saying is apathy towards unimportant things..rather than antipathy..
It is ok to consider somethings as important and be responsible for it,but taking tension for every petty thing is totally uncalled for.. not worth it to increase the number of your early aging lines..(half of cosmetics manufactures run their business on this only..anti aging..dark circles..blah blah)
Another thing is that people just overreact in a fit of rage and vent all their frustrations whenever they get a slightest chance... So when you are like on mental fire literally...don’t react much that time... you will do bad only!!It is not possible for our little brain to get heated up and take a right decison also.. So, better post-pone the decision part to later time when you are back to your cool self!!
People say do only that work you love to do..easy to say ..difficult to implement..and if you are one of those poor souls who are struck in something,which doesnt interest you much but still has to done .. find your solace at something that your heart wants to do.. basically which gives you happiness..it can range from little things like making craft(my source of happiness :D)... writing away some random or purposeful blog(this is one of them).. trying your hand out at new recipes.. to learn some musical instrument...keep yourself busy with some sports..develop some hobby basically(suggested by one happy soul )..it varies from person to person but one thing remains common.. it makes you genuinely happy and take your mind of that thing which is bugging you day and nite and and.. it makes you gud in smthing and different than others :P!!
And more importantly, if you are happy and chirpy bird.. you rub that effect on others who are dull and solemn and that happy ball passes on..so are actually doing others good also by being yourself happy and calm...
So… take a deep breath.. and just stay calm.. :-)
